Baked Asparagus


1 lb of asparagus 

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbsp lemon juice


  1. Preheat oven to 425 °F. 
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss asparagus spears in olive oil. Add the garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. 
  3. Place the spears in a glass baking dish in a single layer. 
  4. Bake until tender about 10 – 12 minutes.
