Goat Cheese & Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2-4


  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 lb chevre goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup pecorino, grated
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1/2 tbsp basil
  • Sea saltand black pepper to taste
  • Dash of cayenne pepper


  1. In a food processor, mix all ingredients except pecorino until well incorporated and creamy
  2. Top with freshly grated pecorino
  3. Serve with an assortment of vegetables

Artichokes: This amazing plant is loaded with antioxidants.  They’re also high in fiber and help reduce cholesterol levels. Artichoke leaf extracts can help increase “good” cholesterol while decreasing the bad.
