Greek Yogurt with Grated Apple

Ingredients

½ cup of fat free plain Greek yogurt 

1 apple (McIntosh, Gold and Delicious, or Pink Lady)

1 tsp of cinnamon 

½ tsp of cloves

½ tsp nutmeg

¼ cup of chopped walnuts


Instructions

  1. Grate apple, and sprinkle with spices
  2. Add nuts
  3. Serve with Greek yogurt
