Protein Packed Fruit Parfait

  • 4 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp of vanilla or almond extract
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup of raspberries


  1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, protein powder, and extract.
  2. In 4 separate cups, add 1/3 cup of yogurt then alternate layers of fruit and yogurt until glasses are filled to the top. Serves 4.
