Simple Salsa Chicken


2 chicken breasts 

1 jar of salsa


  1. Place all ingredients in a crockpot
  2. Cook for 4 hours on high or 6-8 on low until chicken can be shredded by a fork. 
  3. Toss with the additional salsa in the crock pot (if desired)

Notes: Try this shredded chicken on top of a sweet potato for a quick and filling meal. To make this into a burrito bowl, put the chicken on top of cooked quinoa with sautéed bell peppers, and guacamole.
