About this study:
In this study, people with chronic migraine will receive injections into the muscles of the head and neck. The goal is to see if this treatment can reduce the number of migraine days each month.
You may qualify if:
Adults who have had chronic migraine for at least 1 year
- Migraines started before age 50
- Have 15 or more headache days per month, including at least 8 migraine days
- Able to recognize and track their migraine vs. other headaches
You may not qualify if:
- Certain other rare or serious headache types
- Headaches caused by another medical condition (some exceptions apply)
- Taking more than one preventive migraine medication
- Recently stopped certain migraine treatments (within the last 5 months)

Location: Jacksonville, FL

- You’ve had migraine for 1+ year
- You have 6–14 migraine days/month (and ≤14 total headache days)
- You can tell migraines apart from other headaches
You may not qualify if:
- You have chronic migraine (15+ headache days/month)
- You have certain rare migraine types
- You take more than 1 preventive migraine medication
- You recently stopped a CGRP migraine treatment (within 5 months)
