ENCORE Research is enrolling participants for a study evaluating an investigational add-on treatment designed to support additional weight loss while continuing your current medication. 

About the Study 

This research study is designed for adults who are already taking a weekly weight loss medication but are experiencing persistent obesity or limited continued weight loss. 

The study is evaluating whether adding an additional investigational treatment can help: 

• Support further weight loss  
• Improve overall weight management outcomes  
• Enhance long-term results beyond current therapy  

Participants will continue their current weekly medication throughout the study. 

• Study-related care provided at no cost
• Compensation available for qualified participants

 Who Is This Study For? 

This study may be a good fit if you: 

• Have been taking a weekly weight loss injection for at least 3 months
• Initially lost weight but have now hit a plateau
• Still have overweight or obesity and want to lose more weight  

Basic Qualifications 

You may qualify if you: 

• ✅ Are 18 years of age or older
• ✅ Are currently on a stable weekly weight loss medication(no recent dose changes)  
• ✅ Have been on your medication for at least 3 months
• ✅ Have experienced slowed or stopped weight loss
• ✅ Have a BMI ≥30, or BMI ≥27 with a related health condition

Participants with or without Type 2 diabetes may qualify.
