Text Message Terms & Conditions

1.) These terms and conditions apply to SMS text messages sent by ENCORE Research Group. These messages can be recurring or one-time SMS text messages.

2.) When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include appointment reminders, events and account notififcations.

3.) You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” in response to the text message you received. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that particular short code or number, as applicable. If you want to restart the text messages, you will need to provide your consent again

4.) Major American Carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, Alltel, Boost Mobile, and Virgin Mobile.

5.) Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
