Join a Research Study for Cardiovascular Disease!
To qualify, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have experienced at least one of the following Cardiovascular events:
- A Heart Attack
- A Large Artery Ischemic Stroke within the last year
- Revascularization procedure due to symptomatic Peripheral Artery Disease
- Have at least one of the following conditions/factors:
- Type 2 Diabetes
- Aged 65 or older
- Multivessel Disease
- Additional previous Heart Attack
- Stage A, B or C Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
- Lower extremity revascularization due to poor circulation or to treat a large vessel ischemic stroke
- On a stable dose of maximum-tolerated Statin for at least a month
