About this Study

This study is testing AZD1613, a study medication for people with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD).

You may qualify if you:

• Are 18 to 65 years old
• Have a diagnosis of ADPKD
• Have kidney function within the study’s required range
• Weigh at least 45 kg (99 lbs)
• Meet other study-specific health requirements

You may not qualify if you:

• Have certain heart, blood vessel, or kidney conditions that could make participation unsafe
• Have a history of certain serious heart rhythm problems
• Have uncontrolled high blood pressure or significant abnormalities on heart tests (ECGs)
• Have had a recent procedure to treat kidney cysts
• Have certain significant blood, urine, or laboratory test abnormalities

The study team will review your medical history, medications, and test results to determine if you are eligible.
