About this study: 

The purpose of this clinical trial is to find out whether leflutrozole can help improve semen quality in men. Researchers will test three different dose levels of leflutrozole to see how well the medication works.

You may be eligible if you:

• Are a man aged 18 to 49 years.
• Have low testosterone levels confirmed by testing.
• Have low sperm counts on semen testing.
• Have certain hormone levels that meet study requirements.
• Are able to provide semen samples and follow study procedures.

You may not be eligible if you:

• Have significant conditions affecting the testicles, pituitary gland, prostate, heart, liver, or kidneys.
• Have a history of blood clots, osteoporosis, recent cancer, untreated sleep apnea, or substance abuse.
• Have recently used testosterone therapy, anabolic steroids, fertility medications, finasteride, dutasteride, or certain other hormone-related medications.

The study team will review your medical history, medications, and test results to determine if you qualify.\
