Kidney Impairment
Help develop a new drug for Parkinson’s disease. We are seeking volunteers with severe renal (kidney) impairment to participate in a research study evaluating the pharmacokinetics* and safety of a single dose of investigational Tavapadon. A stipend of up to $2,825 is available for qualified study participants.
You may be eligible if you:
- Are 18 to 80 years old
- Have a BMI of 18 to 40
- Have severe renal function: eGFR <30
- Are not on dialysis
- Are willing and able to complete a 7-night stay at our facility.

There are additional criteria to meet to qualify for this study. Volunteers who qualify for our study will receive all study-related investigational drug, procedures, and medical exams at no cost. No health insurance is required to participate.
