Help develop a new drug for Parkinson’s disease. We are seeking volunteers with severe renal (kidney) impairment to participate in a research study evaluating the pharmacokinetics* and safety of a single dose of investigational Tavapadon. A stipend of up to $2,825 is available for qualified study participants.

You may be eligible if you:

• Are 18 to 80 years old
• Have a BMI of 18 to 40
• Have severe renal function: eGFR <30
• Are not on dialysis
• Are willing and able to complete a 7-night stay at our facility.
  • Our facility has:
    • Cable TV, Netflix, Hulu, ESPN & Disney+
    • Wi-Fi
    • Meals & snacks provided
    • Private room with memory foam mattress
    • Friendly staff
    • Outdoor patio and walking path

There are additional criteria to meet to qualify for this study. Volunteers who qualify for our study will receive all study-related investigational drug, procedures, and medical exams at no cost. No health insurance is required to participate.
